- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create engaging content that promotes products and services, aligning with our brand voice and target audience's needs.
- Manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and any additional channels that may be relevant.
- Monitor social media and online mentions, engaging with customers and followers to foster community engagement.
- Market survey & data collection to have optimal marketing strategy
- Plan, organize, and execute on-site events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars that promote products and educate healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event schedules, liaise with vendors, and ensure seamless execution of events.
- Utilize events as a platform for product demonstrations, fostering direct interaction with our target audience.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Collaborate with KOLs to develop and disseminate content, leveraging their expertise and influence to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Organize KOL participation in events, webinars, and training sessions to maximize educational impact.
- Utilize analytics tools to track event success, digital marketing campaign performance, and social media engagement metrics.
- Generate reports detailing achievements and insights, using data to inform future marketing strategies and decisions.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and clinical teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that support sales objectives and product positioning.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to leverage collective expertise in promoting product range.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event planning, preferably within the healthcare, medical devices, or aesthetic equipment industry
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events
- Expertise in Digital Marketing & Social Media: Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Event Management Skills: Proven ability to organize and manage professional events, from planning stages to execution.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for persuasive and engaging dialogue.
- KOL Management: Experience in identifying and collaborating with key opinion leaders within the industry.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in using marketing analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy adjustments.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously with teams across departments to achieve marketing objectives.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English
