- Align Purposes:Connect Mekongers personal goals with Mekongs purpose and vision, creating a unified team.
- Boost Engagement: Enable our team members to connect what they do every day to the common goals of the company, stay engaged and deliver their accountabilities.
- Enhance Retention: Keep our best people on board through a fulfilling work environment.
- Onboarding: Enable the effectiveness of the introduction of Mekongs purpose and vision to new hires, inspiring them to join our cause.
- Personal Purpose Alignment: Enable conversations for Mekongers to explore how their personal goals align with Mekongs work. Coordinate to address any new actions arising from these discussions.
- Create Purpose Groups: Set up groups for employees with shared goals. Invite leaders, as well as ensure goals and action plans in place for each group.
- Enable Purpose Group Success: Collaborate with group leaders to effectively implement initiatives, enabling Mekongers experience some of their personal purposes fulfilled through their work at Mekong.
- Initiate employee engagement projects, stay updated on best practices, and propose suitable new initiatives to the line manager.
- Upon request of Line Manager/Mentor, lead or coordinate coaching sessions (1:1) for Mekongers to inquire into obstacles and opportunities for performance acceleration, then further enhance the engagement-driven action plans.
- Internal Communication: Ensure timely communication of key messages to all employees.
- Organize quarterly All Hands meetings for recognition and engagement.
- Organize relevant meaningful company-wide events based on companys priorities.
- At least 7 years experience in Employee Engagement cum HRBP, prefer to have ~2-3 years as Assistant Manager/ Team Leader up
