Senior Accountant

• Reviewing AP Payment supporting documents, particularly for payments with multiple installments.
• Drafting Payment Memos for approval of suppliers, employee claims, tax payments, etc.
• Monitoring payment schedules and supplier due dates.
• Compiling and updating monthly cash reports.
• Recording transactions in the FAST accounting system to maintain a precise and up-to-date database.
• Generating annual financial reports in compliance with VAS and IFRS requirements.
• Producing monthly management reports as needed.
• Coordinating with the project manager team to ensure timely payments.
• Facilitating financial audits and collaborating with external auditors.
• Assisting with Tax declaration (VAT, CIT) and the VAT return process.
• Monitoring Company accounts and activities for errors or discrepancies and promptly reporting them to the supervisor.
• Undertaking ad hoc tasks as requested by the CEO and Finance manager.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
• Possession of CPA/CFA certification is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, transaction advisory, or corporate finance. Experience with both Big4 and in-house accounting is beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of VAS, IFRS, and the Vietnamese tax system.
• Proficiency in the FAST system.
