- Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance, including OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant permits, keeping our operations aligned with the latest requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive safety studies and risk assessments to enhance workplace safety and mitigate potential hazards, championing a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Oversee the compilation of plant data and the generation of reports to ensure compliance with state and provincial regulations, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate testing and calibration activities for plant treatment processes and analytical equipment, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Lead construction administration duties, providing oversight and documentation throughout project lifecycles to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, operations, and regulatory affairs, to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in regulatory compliance and engineering leadership.
- Expertise in fire fighting and rescue, environmental regulations, and operational compliance, with hands-on experience implementing solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and other CAD programs, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes, as well as building codes and construction techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, with a passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
