- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets
- Coordinate effectively with cross functions to ensure OTIF delivery of operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategy of the assigned brand(s)
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:
- Education: Bachelor degree in related fields
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing in FMCG, preferably in MNCs
- Skills:
- Good problem solving, stakeholder management and project management skills
- Strong business mindset and analytical thinking

- Closely monitor/ analyze sales, market share and competitor activities to recommend commercial actions
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with cross functions to implement activities effectively & OTIF
- Assist in coordination with Sales departments to deliver winning portfolio (pricing, barrier breaking renovation and innovation) and maximize distribution, in-store activities
- Manage marketing budget and expenditures
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
