- Collaborating within a cross-functional product team and with other departments to address customer issues by delivering product features and providing support.
- Engaging in all stages of software engineering, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Writing high-quality code that adheres to best practices and clean code principles.
- Advocating for enhancements to product quality, security, and performance.
- Working with other engineers or team members across various infrastructure layers to design and implement new features.
- Interacting with clients to comprehend and define their requirements, offering advice when necessary.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript, with over 2 years specifically in ReactJS.
- Experience leading teams.
- Proficiency in various JavaScript frameworks. Our current stack includes npm, webpack, React, Redux, React-Router, node.js, Express.js, Promises, Babel, and ESLint.
- Familiarity with automated unit and integration testing tools (Junit, Mockito, Sinon, Jest, Mockery).
- Experience working with UI libraries and databases.
- Proficiency in version control systems (GIT and GitHub repositories preferred).
- Knowledge of Linux and virtualization, with Docker experience preferred.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools.
- Experience or knowledge of Microservices and Docker container technology managed with Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and open communication across functional boundaries.
- Problem-solving mindset, combined with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to expedite the process from idea conception to implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
