- Be responsible for the whole “selling process – IN and OUT“
- Ensure effective two-way communication between business team & sales filed.
- Facilitate day-to-day business operation & movement.
- Ensure stock supply sufficiency for the best service level to customers.
- Facilitate 3 months rolling forecast and target sign off between CBD and Business Unit.
- Providing insight and Business Unit / Category / Channel analysis at the cells approach direction.
- Demand Planning output consolidation with highlight on risk / opportunities and recommendation
- Provide 3 months rolling forecast by banner with key assumptions assessment & highlights that help BMs/KAs in giving input for quality rolling forecast.
- Facilitate target sign off between CBD and BU.
- Fully responsible for end to end category activities communication to sales-field and across functions for consistent and excellent execution
- Co-ordinate with supply chain to make sure right stock, right time, right channel for both normal and consumer stock which measured by service level KPIs.
- In charge of innovation operational tracker (new product listing follow up, sales and coverage progress), stock management for Re-launch, following up thematic promotion in execution.
- Measuring budget funding for target delivery and % utilization to maximize sales opportunity.
- Monitor the achievement of sales target in different dimensions: Business Unit, Category, segment, regions. Facilitate teams to highlight issues for the business leadership team to resolve any gaps in sales plan and also realize sales opportunity to capture.
- Provide tracking of all on-going activities to ensure flawless in operation, evaluation for learning and improvement.
- Champion of assigned operational process.
- Responsible for code management in E-replenishment, NGDMS, iQ system.
- Pricing set-up.
- University graduate in business administrative, foreign trade, economics.
- At least 3 years in manager position in sales for FMCG industry (experience Sales operation, Sales planning, trade category an advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent service mind set.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure.
- Master in Excel and familiar with Power BI dashboard.
