  • Work with large and complex data sets to measure and analyse performance of the sales teams.
  • Design and develop reports as well as performance measurement dashboards, leveraging cloud-based tools to streamline and automate report production.
  • Work cross functionally with sales and product teams to deep dive on core business issues using quantitative data to drive sales and business KPIs.
  • Provide analytical support on issues impacting business and operations performance depending on business needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist Head of department in sales planning and operation, proposing sales development programs and plans.
  • Assist Head of department in building new products and features with technology team.
  • Assist Head of department in designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:Requirements:
  • English language fluency is a must.
  • Degree level holder with at least 4 years of experience in a data/business analyst or strategy and planning role.
  • Possess business analysis techniques and any experience in forecasting techniques or modelling would be a plus.
  • Able to clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders and management.
  • Familiarity with Looker and Looker Studio would be great.
  • You have a thing for data & analytics, always thinking on what data is needed, how to structure it, and how to derive insights from it.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter and able to drive projects independently.
