Influencer Marketing Manager

• Work with Planning, Creative, Creator Growth department to develop plan & proposal
• Research & propose influencer list for campaign. Preparing quotation & optimize KPI for client
• Briefing, negotiate & close the deal with Influencer to proceed the campaign
• Managing campaign actively and closely to achieve good performance. Report after campaign
• Work with Finance/Legal team to prepare paper work for influencer
• Explore new influencer & establish, manage relationship with influencer
• Well-manage at least 05 campaigns at the same time
• Lead 01-02 team member & QC all projects of the team
• Client Leadership - responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, researching, managing milestones and approvals

• Bachelor Degree is required
• At least 4 years of working experience in marketing and communication, influencer marketing
• At least 2 years of working experience in the same position
• Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market
• Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
• Well-manage workload, negotiation skill, promptly give solution to solve issue
• Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Supportive other member in team to grow up day by day
• Need to be social-savvy in all platform. Researching skills on social network to find more new faces of influencer
• Prior experience in professional client relationship management is mandatory
• Leadership skill will be a plus
