- To develop growth plans for his/her own countries/customers, gain approval from Regional Sales Director, and implement and execute these growth plans.
- To plan autonomous/discrete customer visits based on the growth plan and generate enquiries from customers.
- To create business opportunities by increasing customer interaction through increased valuable, productive facetime with the customer at relevant level.
- To ensure our main customers are visited on a regular basis and their needs are efficiently looked after.
- To own the assigned countries/customers that he/she is responsible for and follow up all opportunities.
- To sustain and develop customer relationships that he/she is responsible for and follow up all opportunities for the above-mentioned products.
- To create customer visit reports, providing feedback on customer maintenance plans, planned parts requirements, updates on installed base, and competitor activities.
- To follow up all quotes in a timely manner with the customer and report updated information to the Country Manager for forecasting purposes.
- To actively promote modified equipment with allocated customers and seek to identify opportunities, with the support of Sales team and Regional Sales Manager.
- To communicate frequently with the tendering teams and clarify open issues regarding enquiries and open tenders.
- Relevant Rotating Equipment (Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Compressors, Turboexpanders, Blowers, Fans) experience within related industries (O&G, Petrochemical, Power) is needed.
- Relevant experience on Pump Services & Electromechanical services (Motors & Generators) will be added advantage.
- Experience of implementing sales strategy.
- Knowledge of export sales.
- Financial/budget management.
- Customer relationship management.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
