and servant leadership.Job Description: A. Financial Management and Reporting:
- Manage accounting systems to ensure compliance with accounting principles and government laws.
- Respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely,
- and sufficiently.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and
- internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Review & double-check payment vouchers & bonuses.
- Prepare reports on company performance, including profit and
- loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses for the Group Company.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, and budgeting, and work closely with the Financial Supervisor of the Group.
- Handle a full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles,
- such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General
- Ledger, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
- Keep the accounting software up to date and structure/amend the accounting software to enable relevant and efficient reporting.
- Implement new accounting Xero software as per the Group requirements.
- Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
- Daily Bank Statements Reconciliation; EOR Reconciliation
- Manage limited cash flow, payment, and tax risk
- Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions related to business and contracts
- Responsible for annual audits and work with auditor vendors
- Work with Banks and other departments within the Group Policy, and collaborate with other departments such as
- HR/Sales/Operations
- Working with the System Company and all other required reports and implementing all processes Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Certificate of training in chief accountant’s techniques
- 5 years of working experience in accounting, with 2 - 3 years at a managerial level
- Good knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor regulations and laws
- Familiar with accounting systems such as Xero, LinkQ, etc.
- Work Onsite
- Local living in Ho Chi Minh City
- Meticulous in work and capable of resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
- Effective communication with colleagues and external partners.
