- The job holder responsible for user support: Directly support users in daily activities, ensuring users' problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs.Key Accountabilities (1)Responsibilities in system operation:
- Monitor and report the daily operation of the system. (healthy daily checklist)
- Perform special operations as required.
- Participate in troubleshooting, problems of systems in
= 3 different arrays
- Planning and coordinating with members to fully implement the goals of the group and department
- Make a work diary, periodically analyze, synthesize reports, and propose optimal solutions to higher management levels.Key Accountabilities (2)Responsibilities in user support:
- Support advanced level (level 3) according to change management process, incident managementKey Accountabilities (3)Responsibilities in research and training:
- Research new technologies and techniques.
- Consult other technical staff when needed.
- Technology and technical training for other employees.
Other responsibilities:
- Coordinate departments in Technology Support and Operation, in Technology Division to implement projects, operate and deploy optimal upgrades in DC, DR and the region
- In-depth research and implementation of technology solutions to optimize the system
- Participate in technology risk handling as assigned
- Train, guide work and share knowledge in specialized fields for members of the department.

- University degree or higher, majoring in IT or electronics and telecommunications
Work Experience
- Have worked in the related field for at least 12 years
- At least 10 years in management position
Foreign language
- English, level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / according to TCB's regulations in each period
Other requirements
- Mastering server technology and common operating systems or network technologies. Understand the functional components in a large server infrastructure system or a large network system
- In-depth knowledge of server solutions or network solutions
- In-depth knowledge of at least 2 areas other than the specialized one (e.g. servers, networks, storage systems, databases, etc.)
