Director, Digital Transformation - Top Int Manufacturing

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through the adoption of digital technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to redesign processes, enhance workflows, and drive operational efficiency's.

• Establish mechanisms to monitor the progress and effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including factory managers, department heads, and front-line employees.
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and consultants to leverage expertise and resources as needed.

• At least 5 years experiences with similar position, background in manufacturing is preferable.
• Deep understanding of IT operations, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Good English and Vietnamese Communication
