- Administrating the IT Service Desk, which includes processing and actioning on tickets to ensure local users' IT support requirements and service SLAs are met.
- Maintain and proactively recommend improvements to the IT Service Delivery environment of the company to avoid disruptions to operations. This encompasses office equipment like personal computers, network, printers, and ops-related equipment like warehouse scanners, GSM modems etc.
- Implement all network infrastructure in our facilities in alignment with Group IT Standards.
- Provide LAN/WAN/Wireless/VoIP service support with effective technical expertise.
- Support Operating System, Google Suite and collaboration tools, day-to-day support related to in-house developed and off the shelf applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support.
- Recommend relevant updates to IT policies, processes, and guidelines to support IT operation in-country.
- To perform other related duties as required to support users and business.
- At least 1-4 years technical experience in IT Support, Information systems, Technology.
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
- Good project management skills.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
