Administrating the IT Service Desk, which includes processing and actioning on tickets to ensure local users' IT support requirements and service SLAs are met.
Maintain and proactively recommend improvements to the IT Service Delivery environment of the company to avoid disruptions to operations. This encompasses office equipment like personal computers, network, printers, and ops-related equipment like warehouse scanners, GSM modems etc.
Implement all network infrastructure in our facilities in alignment with Group IT Standards.
Provide LAN/WAN/Wireless/VoIP service support with effective technical expertise.
Support Operating System, Google Suite and collaboration tools, day-to-day support related to in-house developed and off the shelf applications.
Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support.
Recommend relevant updates to IT policies, processes, and guidelines to support IT operation in-country.
To perform other related duties as required to support users and business.

Requirements

At least 1-4 years technical experience in IT Support, Information systems, Technology.
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
Good project management skills.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
