Find out more at https://mysail.team or jump into our dev environment to have a play at https://mysail-dev.azurewebsites.net/account/register.The RoleWe are currently seeking a full stack developer to join our team on a full-time, contract basis (12-week initial term but will be looking to extend for the right candidate). The developer will be working on our MySail web app and administration portal, including developing new features, and maintaining the existing solution.The developer should be able to work autonomously with minimal technical direction on a day-to-day basis to develop the features or fix bugs and errors as described by the product manager. We are looking for someone who can interpret the user stories and business requirements provided to define and implement the optimal technical solution based on our existing technology stack which uses a ReactJS front end and .Net/C# backend. They should have an eye for detail and be able to provide quality work that has been tested to ensure minimal QA fixes required (we understand bugs happen in development but want to keep a focus on quality to minimise them!)Hours are flexible, but we would like the developer to work on a consistent schedule each week which can be agreed with the candidate before commencing work. This is a fully remote role and you will need your own computer and high speed internet suitable for the development requirements.You will be responsible for :

Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
Working creatively to deliver winning products.
Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

Ideal Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer role.
You have working knowledge of the required skills listed below, and bonus points for experience with the highly desirable skills.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
Bonus points for someone with experience or an interest in sailing! (although this is not required)
