- Coordinate business generation activities and develop targeted and customized sales strategies of Car Insurance through Dealer & Partner channels.
- Develop working relationships through car dealership channels.
- Maintain relationships with Agents/Partners to promote sales.
- Set up and forecast sales goals for Agents/partners.
- Organize non - life insurance seminars for both current and potential agents (explains coverage and claims procedures).
- Identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth for current and potential dealers.
- Manage partners about the renewal of Insurance.
- Issue Insurance Contracts.
- Create, develop, and nurture long - lasting relationships and partnerships with current and new customers.
- Update the situation of missing premiums and monitor overdue premiums to ensure timely collection of premiums.
- Monitor the output and input premiums of the Dealers monthly.
- Cooperate with Personal/Corporate Compensation to solve customer claims.
- Collaborate with Operations and other related departments to develop appropriate quotations and coverage, follow up application issuance and policy promulgating.
- Research and update opportunities that are present in existing and new markets.
- Report unusual problems if any.
- Perform other office tasks as required by the Company.
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales position.
- Good communication in English
- Having network of agents Car insurance is a plus.
- Sales promotion skills, negotiation, quick adaptation.
- Teamwork skill & time management.
- Eager to learn & be progressive.
