- Develop strategies, objectives, work schedules, budgets, and sales and marketing policies and procedures for new business development.
- Regularly monitor sales outcomes, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends, and provide reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Forge new connections with potential clients and partners.
- Plan and conduct business activities with partners.
- At least 2-year sales experience in chemical industry., especially personal care/ homecare
- Good at English
- Have a sense of responsibility, market development skills
- Graduated from University with majors in chemical engineering or relevant background
