- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently.
- Experience working in the gaming/apps business, media, business development, marketing, or consultative sales.
- Experience in strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts through a consultative approach.
- Knowledge of Google advertising products across Apps, video, display, and search.
- Ability to use creative approaches to develop solutions through data.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Partner and consult with customers in Vietnam, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
- Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
- Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers and advise on digital trends.
