1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals and expansion plans.
Lead organization structure design and manpower planning for both factory and supporting functions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR-related matters, including restructuring, talent planning, and succession management.
Drive digital transformation in HR and improve operational HR systems.
2. Workforce Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and exit.
Ensure optimal workforce utilization across manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and support functions.
Coordinate with production planning to align manpower readiness with business volumes and factory ramp-ups.
3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead strategic recruitment campaigns for key roles and large-scale hiring needs.
Enhance employer branding strategies to attract top talent, especially in engineering and technical roles.
Build talent pipelines from universities, technical schools, and competitor firms.
4. Performance Management & Career Pathing
Drive a robust performance appraisal framework (KPI-based), linking performance to rewards and promotions.
Establish career pathing and succession planning programs for key functions.
Monitor high-potential employees and provide tailored development programs.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and analyze HR metrics and dashboards: turnover, headcount, hiring speed, cost per hire, absenteeism, etc.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports to General Director and Group HR.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize workforce structure and HR effectiveness.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- MBA or Professional HR Certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, of which 5+ years in senior management roles.
- Proven track record in HR leadership within manufacturing, preferably electronics, automotive, or industrial companies.
- Solid experience in both strategic planning and hands-on HR operations.
- Experience working with foreign-invested enterprises or MNCs is preferred.
- Deep understanding of labor law, HR best practices, and compensation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to handle complex situations.
- Fluent in English ; Korean is a plus.
- Strategic thinker, integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
