An exciting Senior Process Engineer job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.What you'll do:You are a part of the industrial engineering team to industrialise new product or transfer current products between locations according to company initiatives, responsible for End-to-End Process engineering tasks, CIP, subject matter expert and local product counterpart for production & BU/IU.

Conceptualising, developing, implementing, and releasing production processes for new product introductions within specified quality, cost, and timeline parameters, with a focus on molded plastic parts
Leading and participating in Improvement Projects (CIP) as needed, taking ownership of two production technologies as a Process Engineer during Product Engineering Process (PEP) and Product Transfer Process (PTP) projects, and serving as a Local Technology Owner (LTO)
Lead and own two product groups, namely Molded Plastic Parts and Cable/Connector, serving as the local product counterpart for various units such as production, business, innovation, and research & development.
Additionally, participation in projects at the SEA regional level and potentially at the Global level is required, with an emphasis on delivering results
Key technologies include Injection Molding, Over Molding, Hotmelt Molding, Connector Over-Molding, as well as cable harnessing technologies like cut & strip and crimping

What you bring:To succeed in this Senior Process Engineer role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Material Science Engineering or equivalent education
At least five years as process engineer in molding environment, preferably high-precision molding
Proficient in English for both verbal and written communication
