Joining our team means you will work in a high performing global company where employees collaborate and strive for excellence.Job DescriptionThe Process Quality Engineering (PQE) Manager leads a team of quality engineers responsible for driving process capability, product quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role ensures that processes from SMT until Packing are robust, compliant, statistically controlled, and capable of meeting customer and regulatory requirements. The PQE Manager collaborates closely with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customer quality teams to prevent defects, reduce variation, and improve overall process performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Coach the team in statistical methods, problem solving, and quality systems.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality ownership.
  • Own the quality performance of all manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure processes meet capability targets (e.g., Cpk, Ppk).
  • Oversee process validation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and control plans.
  • Implement and maintain SPC, PFMEA, and other PQE tools.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Why, fishbone, etc.
  • Drive permanent corrective actions and mistake-proofing (poka-yoke).
  • Collaborate with Customer Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) if necessary.
  • Prepare and provide Quality report to XP Management and customers in a regular basis.
  • Support customer audits: Quality system audits, Process audits and Product audits
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Superior or Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in Process or Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, MSA, 8D, DOE, and problem-solving tools.
  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with global quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
