- Drive clients and development teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from kickoff, discovery, and design to implementation, data migration, prototype validation, deployment, and adoption.
- Plan and coordinate both internal and external project resources, ensuring timely delivery of client commitments.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and dependency mapping.
- Lead regular client review sessions in line with contractual requirements.
- Organize internal review meetings and planning sessions to align project execution.
- Oversee capacity and throughput planning, providing performance metrics to management.
- Report project status clearly to clients, stakeholders, and leadership, while ensuring accurate invoicing metrics.
- Possess knowledge of MIL standards for cables, harnesses, accessories, and qualification testing.
- Conduct retrospectives to identify lessons learned, adapt processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Review technical drawings and extract Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Male, 35-45 years old
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering / Mechanical / Telematics / Aerospace / Production Technology/ Mechatronics.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complete harness projects on schedule and within budget, with 35 years of proven project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Project management certification or similar would be a big plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships in a Wire harness Projects context.
- Mechanical, Electrical CAD design experience. And Catia, Solidworks, If possible
- English communication in work, Korean language is plus.
