- Conduct the assigned jobs in professional, accurate and efficient manner
- Deliver quotations, certificates, reports, invoices, etc. on time
- Keep good relationship with clients/ affiliates/ colleague in SGS Vietnam / Maintain integrity
- Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files
- Training for new comer upon request
- Back up for CS manager upon request
- Handle new clients: offer appropriate services, meet customer requirements, provide quotations...• Prepare contract, certificates and pass to Manager for approval• Prepare contract, certificates and pass to Manager for approval• Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment .• Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties • Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data base.• Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests• Collection of outstanding payments• Other tasks requested by Manager• Supporting CS team on daily operation
- College graduated or above
- English level B equivalent
- Typing and computer skill
- at least 5 years experience in TIC as CS or equivalent position
