You’ll design, build, and maintain the workflows that turn raw data into revenue, insight, and client wins—freeing the team to coach, sell, and create.What You’ll Do
  • Architect Automations: Build in n8n, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel—whatever gets the job done fastest and most robustly.
  • Integrate SaaS & APIs: REST, webhooks, JSON. If it can talk, you can make it sing.
  • Embed AI: Use OpenAI or Claude to add brains—summaries, scoring, content spins, you name it.
  • Ship & Iterate: MVP fast, then harden. Monitor, debug, and optimise for speed and uptime.
  • Document Clearly: SOPs, Loom walk-throughs, clean diagrams—so anyone can follow the trail you blaze.
  • Coach Clients (light-touch): Some workflows roll out to our builders; you’ll support the hand-off.

  • Read API docs like novels and handle OAuth, rate limits, and pagination without drama.
  • Write clear, maintainable logic variables, branching, error handling, the lot.
  • Think in outcomes, not lines on a board: time saved, errors eliminated, revenue lifted.
  • Work proactively, flagging smarter ways before we even notice the gap.
