- Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
- Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
- Develop and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
- Proactive and creative solve problems in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
- Coordinate with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
- Work closely with the Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction.
- Have Bachelor in Health/Science
- Have 3 year multinational companies experience in Pharmaceutical/ Diagnostic/ Healthcare industrial sales
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skill
- Have creative problem solving and negotiation skill
- Have customer complaint handling skill
