- Develop a prospect & customer in assigned sales territory and product lines to generate profitable sales revenue in the line with the company strategy
- Performs sales activities on major prospects & accounts with high potential and negotiates product price and rebates in consultation with Regional Sales Director
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to balance priorities and drive alignment between sales strategies and execution level
- Drive the cargo securing application business to achieve the annual budgets. Activities include execution of growth strategy, face to face or virtual customer meetings, and cold calls to optimise sales success rate
- Engage with customers and assess opportunities to grow customer revenue with a heavy focus on premiumisation
- Do the hunter role to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to meet agreed targets and deliverables
- Review progress of sales performance and provide accurate revenue forecast on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Provide local market context and insight to functional partners to inform global and market level functional strategies
- Participate in meetings with key partners, clients, and prospects to facilitate negotiations, build relationships and handle escalations
- Educate customers via programs or seminars in the areas of a new account sales for emerging and multi-product applications
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure account retention and identify opportunities to improve market share
- Actively participate in accounts receivable process to facilitate payment collections
- Update internal reporting system such as CRM with number of activities, calls, and visits on weekly basis
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Manager
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or Marketing
- Min five to eight years of sales experience within 3PL, logistics, packaging, industrial, mechanical or chemical industries. Working experience within Korean and Japanese companies based in Vietnam is an added advantage
- Strong network and customer relationship with passionate and strong in new business development, “can-do” attitude
