- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk for enterprises.
- Basic knowledge of computers and computer networks (LAN, WAN...).
- Understanding of working environments such as Domain controller, Antivirus, File server.
- Installation of computers, joining domains, and installing office software.
- Proficiency in using computers, computer networks, and office equipment.
- Diligent, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
