- Relationship & Resource Expansion: Cultivate and maintain deep B2B relationships with major airlines and local partners. Expand the product matrix by securing official OTA distribution authorizations.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations for commercials with airlines & partners to make sure Traveloka has access to the best commercial levers within Vietnam market. Strategically approach airlines & partners to secure deals for short, mid, and long term to support the business.
- Technical Product Support: Be able to support and lead any technical or product development such as API development, NDC implementations to strengthen and sharpen Traveloka's flight contents within the Vietnam market.
- Market Insight & Localization: Local market expert and insight in order to be on top of the market situation and trends.
- Data-Driven: Monitor and analyze data provided by the company to support the engagement with airlines and partners within the Vietnam market. Be able to use data to identify opportunities and also close the gap between Traveloka and competitors.
- Marketing & Promotion: Working and communicating closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to provide flight supplies with the execution plans.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in airline (FSC & LCC) commercial departments, OTA airline sales, or GDS-related roles with account management experience.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of flight operating systems such GDS, API, and NDC.
- Negotiation Skill: Strong negotiation skills with a "can do" attitude and lead the negotiation to “win-win” situations.
- Communication Skill: Fluent in English; able to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. Be able to communicate to influence both external and internal stakeholders.
- Data Skills: Be able to use data analysis systems to create a report to engage with airlines and partners as much as working with internal stakeholders.
- Self Sufficient: Self-starter and self-driven to start and initiate projects and new ideas
