Key responsibility
1. Design, develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including
compensation, benefits, payroll service, HR system, engagement and other work experience programs, that
are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.
2. Prepare and control personnel expense budgets.
3. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
Educational background Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Experience
1. At least 5 years management of relevant experience.
2.Familiarity with labor and tax related laws.
3.Coach and support junior colleague through on-the-job guidance and sharing of best practices
Skill
1.Good negotiation, communication skills in English or Chinese
2.Proficient in Excel and familiar with function applications.
3.Resilience and a result-oriented mindset
4.Logical thinking, Well-organized, attention to details, high accuracy & integrity
