- Lead the plant's financial strategy and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Provide financial insight for strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, automation, and restructuring.
- Drive CAPEX planning, prioritization, and ROI evaluation for major investment projects.
- Manage OPEX budgets, analyze cost trends, and identify opportunities for operational savings.
- Oversee long‑range financial planning and model long‑term scenarios for value creation.
- Identify levers to improve EBITDA, cash flow, and asset utilization.
- Redefine costing strategies and conduct product profitability analysis to support key business decisions.
- Build strategic cost‑reduction roadmaps and partner with operations to drive margin expansion.
- Strengthen financial controls, proactively manage risks, and plan for external market disruptions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Plant Manager, translating financial insights into clear executive decision support.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- 10+ years of finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles within manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, costing, and cost-control methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
