- Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify potential candidates for active mandates across various industries and geographies.
- Build target company lists and organizational charts using LinkedIn, proprietary databases, and Boolean search techniques.
- Track market signals—such as startup funding rounds, corporate expansions, and C-suite leadership changes—to identify talent movement.
- Partner closely with Senior Consultants throughout the full search lifecycle, from the initial client briefing to shortlisting top-tier candidates.
- Craft highly personalized and compelling outreach messages to passive candidates to gauge their interest and qualify their fit.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles, long-lists, and research summaries for client-facing deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and leadership movements across our target sectors (Tech, FMCG, Startups, etc.).
- Support salary benchmarking and competitor landscape analysis.

- Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
- Language: Strong written and spoken English—your outreach needs to land perfectly with both local startup founders and Fortune 500 regional directors.
- Tools: Comfortable using LinkedIn as a primary professional tool.
