- Ensure minimum standards are met at all times in the Event/Banquet areas, as per SOP’s and hotel policies
- Responsible for all Events/ Banqueting service quality and set up and in accordance with the specifications validated by the Sales Manager, the Operations and Meetings Manager and customers
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary way, embodying the brand mindset
- Schedule team shifts based on business needs
- Maximize business opportunities, upset and cost reduction, without compromising standards
- Optimizes the Meeting with proposals
- Applies the brand’s quality standards (SOP)
- Degree / Diploma or vocational diploma in sales and marketing, hospitality management, food and beverage or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in events organization for trade fairs, seminars or congresses in a variety of contexts, preferably international
- Fluent in English.
