We go beyond garment production to deliver end-to-end apparel solutions to premium international brands and customers worldwide.POSITION SUMMARYThe role is responsible for strengthening, enhancing, and continuously evolving the raw material vendor base to support overall business needs. This includes close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Sample Room, Washing, and Procurement-to drive new quality development and vendor expansion.The position ensures that the vendor base consistently delivers innovation, quality, service, and cost efficiency in line with company standards. It also plays a key role in supporting fabric development, troubleshooting production start-ups, and ensuring successful commercialization of new materials and vendors.Additionally, the role is accountable for ensuring that all raw material vendors meet sustainability and social compliance requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEstablish, refine, and continuously improve sourcing processes to adapt to dynamic business conditions.Build and maintain senior-level relationships with fabric vendors.Support alignment of sourcing strategies across global operations.Ensure vendors understand and comply with required fabric testing standards (internal and external).Develop and implement credible testing policies for new fabric and fiber technologies.Conduct due diligence and onboard vendors based on financial stability, capability, and compliance with company standards.Ensure proper communication and training on quality specifications, testing protocols, and material safety standards.Provide hands-on support to vendors in troubleshooting production issues within required timelines.Conduct bi-annual vendor audits and ensure compliance with certifications such as Higg FSM/FSLM, OEKO-TEX 100, ZDHC, Clean by Design, FSC, BCI, Organic Cotton, and other relevant standards.Lead and develop team members, empowering them to deliver strong internal and external service.Conduct risk assessments for all new fabrics (both nominated and self-sourced).Drive cost optimization through price negotiation using clean sheeting and index pricing methods.Lead the adoption of sustainable materials, products, and processes.Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required by management.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and manage the fabric vendor matrix.Perform risk management for supplier contracts and agreements.Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable commercial terms.Approve procurement of necessary goods and services.Oversee bulk approval processes and sign off on quality standards.Manage lab dip, strike-off, and yarn skein processes within defined lead times (70% within 1 week, 30% within 2 weeks).Ensure fabric counter-development with 2-3 mills for all running qualities.Support development of seasonal fabric collections.Build and maintain a fabric library and showroom.Strengthen coordination capabilities across Factory, Washing, QA, Cutting, and Printing teams.Ensure transformation initiatives are sustainable, measurable, and continuously improved.Track and report key performance metrics to optimize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.Control spending and promote a culture of long-term cost savings.BENEFIT13th month salaryPerformance bonus (depending on performance)AL 14 days/yearShuttle bus allowance (3 pick up point: Nguyen Gia Tri crossroad, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education - Thu Duc city, Vinhome Grand Park - District 9)Lunch meal at officeSHUI, 100% Social InsuranceDuring business trips, the company will support meal allowances, provide taxi cards.
