- Screen CVs, conduct call screenings, and coordinate interviews for internal hiring.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees & interns (facilities, accounts, training).
- Organize quarterly team events (summary meetings, parties, rewards) and coordinate training sessions.
- Maintain HR documentations & policies
- Create/paraphrase JDs, support to post job listings on Zoho Recruit, Linkedin and other career sites.
- Maintain candidate database in Zoho Recruit; support recruitment consultants with sourcing on request.
- Process invoices end-to-end (proforma, draft, final) and handle payment documentation.
- Format CVs and prepare weekly/monthly activity and performance reports.
- Process expense reimbursements. Handle contract documentation
- Manage company documents, vendor relationships (facilities, bookings, payments), and asset tracking.
- Handle courier services for contracts and documents.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong English proficiency
- 2-5+ years admin, HR, operations experience, preferably in recruitment/consulting/services
- Experience with various HR/CRM systems (Google Workspace, Zoho suite, Linkedin). Familiar with AI tools (Chatgpt, Claude…) is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver comfortable in fast-paced environments
