LocationHanoi, VietnamCompany OverviewA technology-driven organization delivering digital solutions and data-driven services to support business growth and operational excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesGather, consolidate, and interpret data from various sources such as internal platforms, operational reports, and user-related datasets to support performance assessment and decision-making.Design and maintain data dashboards and visual reports using tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Colab, or similar platforms.Develop and manage recurring reports and structured datasets to serve multiple stakeholders including product, customer support, sales, and engineering teams.Monitor data quality throughout the analysis process to ensure reliability, consistency, and completeness.Contribute to improving data pipelines and streamlining data handling processes, including automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency.Present analytical findings, insights, and improvement suggestions to supervisors or cross-functional teams, with the ability to communicate in Japanese when required.Job RequirementsJapanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or BJT J2 or higher.
