- You will lead the Supply Chain, Distribution, Business Intelligence, FFE, and Tender Administration teams
- You will lead the development and implementation of Commercial Operations strategies aligned with Company vision and goals.
- You will identify KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of the Commercial Operations functions extending to 3rd party partners in Supply Chain (3PL, 4PL) and distribution
- You will drive operational efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance overall operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- You will be overall responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain activities, collaborating with other leaders to optimize inventory levels to fulfill on time and in full customer requirements
- You will be overall responsible for the distribution management framework, structure, process for channel lifecycle, performance management, distributor account mapping, and managing distributor relationships, risks assessment and mitigation
- You will analyze market trends and dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities
- You will identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, cost savings
- You will ensure an optimized distribution network, also ensuring that the 3rd party business partners are delivering in their service level agreements.
- You will lead negotiations for agreements with 3rd party logistics providers and distributors
- You will act as the Affiliates Customer Experience Ambassador, working closely with internal Cx teams and also with Regional and Global Cx to create awareness and increase customer satisfaction and NPS scores
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- You have proven 10 year experience in commercial operations, supply chain management, and distribution.
- You strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- You are familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- You have fluent communication in English and Vietnamese (preferable)
