In this role, you are requested to have strong expertise in the industrial/manufacturing sector to oversee and develop sales strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is based in Bien Hoa and requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales management.As a APAC Regional Sales Manager , your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows in the region.
Lead APAC growth for a high-value plastics portfolio.Drive expansion in a regional team where your impact is visible.A successful Sales Manager APAC should have:
  • A strong background in sales within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia-Pacific region as required.
