Now, we are seeking a Talent Recruiter, specializing in recruiting top talent in the BIM and reality capture industries, to join us on this exciting journey.As part of your role, you willTalent Acquisition: Source, identify, and attract the top talent in the BIM specialist field as well as top talent in reality capture. Your efforts will contribute to the strength and skill set of our team.Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with our company's needs and goals. Your expertise will be key in ensuring we stay competitive and attractive as an employer in the AEC industry.Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates, assessing their suitability and fit for the role. Your keen judgment will help us find the right people for the right roles.Candidate Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires into our team. Manage the onboarding process that includes orientation on company culture, project methodologies, and the specific tools and technologies we use. Facilitate introductions to key team members and ensure that all necessary resources and access are provided from day one. Monitor new hire progress, gather feedback, and adjust the onboarding experience as needed to maximize retention and job satisfaction.Market Research: Keep a pulse on market trends and developments in the BIM and reality capture industries. Your insights will help us to understand the competitive landscape and attract top talent.Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador to enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the AEC industry.RequirementsGeneral Criteria

Skills

Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in the design technology, BIM, and computer vision space.
Strong understanding of the BIM industry and reality capture industry, roles, and technical skills
Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Ability to uphold best practices in recruitment, diversity, and inclusion
Strong ChatGPT prompt skills.
