The IT Comtor will act as a bridge between Japanese/Local stakeholders and the SAP delivery team, ensuring clear communication, accurate interpretation, and smooth coordination across project activities. The role requires Japanese proficiency, understanding of IT terminology, and the ability to work on-site (5 months)Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese ↔ Vietnamese / English) in project meetings, workshops, and on-site discussions.
  • Translate project documents, requirements, technical specifications, user guides, and emails with high accuracy.
  • Support communication between Japanese clients/users and internal technical teams (developers, infra, SAP teams, PMO).
  • Assist project managers in clarifying requirements, tracking issues, and ensuring alignment between global and local teams.
  • Support preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and status updates in Japanese.
  • Facilitate cultural understanding and communication styles to ensure smooth collaboration.
Coordinate on-site activities such as UAT sessions, training sessions, and vendor interactions.Qualifications
  • JLPT N2 or higher
  • Good understanding of IT terminology (software development, infrastructure, SAP, etc.).
  • 2–3 years of experience as Comtor/Interpreter/IT coordinator.
  • Good verbal and written communication in Japanese and Vietnamese/English.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at the client location in different provinces( 5 months)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
