Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Project ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.The work model for the role is: hybridLocation: Bac Ninh and Project site.This role is contributing to the Robotics business in Vietnam. Main stakeholders are our customer and project/site management team.You will be mainly accountable for:

Design and develop control systems for new projects according to customer requirements and ABB UI/Windows Forms standards, including control circuit design, PLC programming, HMI screen design, etc.
Assist mechanical engineers in technical consulting with customers, understand customer needs, and propose customers with solutions.
Write technical development documents.
Responsible for the commissioning, production accompanying and maintenance of the company's projects at the customer's site.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or Automation.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation within the electronics industry is preferred.
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with EPLAN design software.
Proficiency in at least one major automation brand such as Siemens or Beckhoff.
Knowledge of various industrial fieldbus protocols including Profinet, Modbus, and EtherCAT.
Experience with CODESYS platform development is a plus.
Work Environment:

Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel for business and work on production lines.
Language Skills:

Fluent in English, capable of using it for technical communication and documentation.
Basic Chinese language skills are an advantage.

High sense of responsibility and self-management.
Problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to take initiative and ownership.
Good team spirit.
