Senior Automation QA Engineer

• At least six years of experience in a software engineering setting.
• Excellent command of English to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, including specialized skills in automated testing and developing test strategies specifically for Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in either JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright or Java with Appium for automating tests; ideally, you have experience with both web and mobile testing.
• A proven background in retail environments, particularly within eCommerce, working collaboratively with technology and business teams to enhance customer and end-user experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in working with both onshore and offshore teams, using asynchronous communication to maintain fast-paced delivery.
• Strong QA expertise, with hands-on experience in executing tests and enhancing product quality through close collaboration with developers, business analysts, customer service, and operations teams.
• The ability to develop and drive comprehensive end-to-end test strategies, taking full responsibility for increasing test coverage and product quality.
• Skilled in designing, articulating, and implementing functional, regression, and performance tests with an emphasis on broad end-to-end coverage.
• Familiarity with various software development methodologies, including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using monitoring tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative attitude, capable of addressing challenges and contributing suggestions constructively.

• Assisting in the recruitment and mentoring of engineers for our expanding team in Vietnam.
• Collaborating with global teams to upskill engineers and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Advising clients on best practices for setting up and optimizing their eCommerce platforms.
• Working alongside international technologists to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
