We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for individuals passionate about Automation.As an Automation Intern, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, innovation and leverage digital solutions. This internship is designed for students with a keen interest in automation, robotics, digital technologies, and their integration into modern business practices.Your TeamYou will report to Product Supply Manager and be based in P&G Binh Duong Plants.What Success Looks Like:You will lead an Automation Project to handle tasks regarding the assembling and repairing the production equipment and automation gears; and identify and recommend changes and ways to improve production processes.As an intern in Engineering:

Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and be given specific projects and responsibilities
Continuous coaching & mentoring– you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Current university students with Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or relevant majors that are available to work full-time from July – Sep 2024.
Have excellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skills
Display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset especially during issues
Ability to drive innovation and business growth
Ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative and show flexibility
English Fluency (written and spoken).
