- Actively advise and support the unit to develop a human resource plan suitable to the needs of the unit and the policy of the bank in each year.
- Work closely with the recruitment department to meet the human resource needs in terms of quality, quantity and time for the unit
- Participating in interviews for necessary cases, consulting the most suitable plan for the situation of the unit.
- Support the manager to understand and properly implement the requirements for making / correcting the Job Profile and evaluating the position when new positions appear in the unit, giving the success criteria of the position to choose choose the right person.
- Support / guide on-boarding for managers và employees in the unit to create conditions for newcomers to quickly integrate with the organization and achieve efficiency.
- Support management staff to control payroll, personnel costs in the unit.Key Accountabilities (2)2. Human Resource Management và Labor Relations:
- Control and support/advise the implementation of HR activities for business unit(s) leaders: signing/terminating labor contracts; appoint / remove / transfer / change the titles of employees in accordance with regulations.
- Coordinate with functional departments to implement reward and discipline work for employees in the unit.
- Guide and support the head of the unit in situations of conflicts / complaints / objections of employees. Actively and flexibly apply necessary resources to come up with satisfactory solutions to conflicts in labor relations.
- Ensure human resource activities of the business unit are in accordance with the Bank's regulations and laws.
- Build and maintain interactive and supportive relationships between the Human Resources Department and business units, ensuring business unit activities are aligned and consistent with the Bank's overall HR strategies
- Be the representative of the business unit(s) in exchanging, consulting and supporting human resource issues.Key Accountabilities (3)3. In the field of performance evaluation and compensation, it is noted:
- Lead meetings to make personal action plans and evaluate the performance of employees in the unit effectively.
- Consult, support and implement the review of salary increase, promotion, appointment, mobilization and application of salary, bonus và welfare regimes in accordance with TCB's policies. Report to the Director of Information / Director of NS the complicated cases and their suggestions.
- Raise employees' awareness and understanding of TCB's recognition, reward and discipline mechanisms through regular and active communication.
- Identify new needs for salary, bonus and remuneration in the unit and propose to the group of experts in this field.
4. Training, talent development, succession team and organizational development:
- Coordinate with training experts to identify needs and manage the implementation of training and capacity building of employees.
- Increasing awareness and actively self-training through work, through E-learning courses and training management staff at the unit.
- Consulting and supporting managers to identify talents and build successors, make development plans for individuals based on principles and competency frameworks, a common development roadmap, and meet the needs of the unit. .
- Advising and guiding unit heads / managers on measures to reduce the number of effective employees leaving, improving the level of commitment of employees to the Bank.
- Coordinate with business units to organize and support the implementation of internal communication about the Bank's regulations and policies, ensuring that employees understand and properly implement them.
- Guide and support managers in change management at their units to improve positive impacts.

- 05+ years of experience working in human resource management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, human resource management or related fields
- Foreign language (English): in accordance with Techcombank regulations
