Achieve 100% Sell-in/out Power Retailer Target.
Achieve 100% Monthly Sell-in/out Target of Team and Dept.
High cooperation and close relationship with business partner.Make good internal relationship: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other Sections, Depts, especially Marketing members.

Sales Operation Management

Monthly Forecast PSI (TV + HA CAT) consolication following the team leader alignment.
Deploy and Report Marketing activities to team leader.
Follow up 100% Sales Progress (review by reason and action).

Market intelligence

Weekly market information: Competitors activities, price, selling-out report.
Business partners operation: price, display, stock level, opening plan.

Company Operation Management· Collaborative relationships with other Sections, Depts.
