ACG_2930_JOBOur client is a top-notch company specialized in luxury retail who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations, guiding them through the brand experience.Build lasting relationships with existing clients while attracting and converting new customers to the brand.Follow the complete sales process according to company standards, from greeting to packaging, ensuring the use of effective selling techniques to create a memorable shopping journey.Support the achievement of store performance and customer service KPIs.Accurately record client information in the CRM system to enable personalized follow-ups and long-term client engagement strategies.Execute 1-to-1 CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including follow-ups such as watch maintenance reminders.Adhere to all operational guidelines and policies related to sales, including discounts, security, tax, and legal compliance.Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the store in accordance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.Handle front-office After Sales Service operations directly with customers, including accepting repair items, conducting initial interviews, and entering data into SAP. Serve as the main contact point for updates, approvals, and billing, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.Complete online training modules and attend designated in-person sessions to build knowledge in product collections, sales techniques, brand storytelling, systems, and security protocols.RequirementsRequirements:Solid understanding of the luxury retail industry.Strong sales capabilities with proven selling techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with in-store operational procedures and protocols.Proficient in CRM strategies and tools for client engagement.Working knowledge of retail systems such as Beanstore, CRM platforms, SAP, etc.Direct interaction with clients, providing exceptional service.Collaboration with internal departments, including HR, Finance, After-Sales Service (AFSS), and Regional/Local Corporate (RLC) teams.Highly customer-oriented mindset.Demonstrates confidence in proactive, consultative selling with a strong sense of initiative, accountability, effective negotiation skills, and solid commercial acumen.Role-specific competencies aligned with luxury retail standards.Fluent in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in a third language such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is a strong advantage.Contact: Ngan NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
