Job Purpose- The job holder build and develop strategic Brand projects and take responsibility for short-term and long-term implementation results.
- The job holder connecting other units to ensure the synchronization of brand identity, as well as support to strengthen emotional connection, brand love, improve brand health (BEI), increase brand value .Key Accountabilities (1)A. DEPARTMENT DUTIES:
- Develop a plan to develop the objectives, scope, key milestones and outputs of the Brand project, along with necessary resources, principles and ensure the management of scope changes project, if any.
- Coordinate with relevant Divisions and units to implement the project from start to finish, including regular update processes.
- Ensure the progress and results of the overall strategic project implementation during the design and pilot phases.
- Ensure progress and results during project implementation.
- Organize working programs on solving arising problems with Director of Marketing Division, Project Team and Executive Board.
- Solve difficult issues and report to Director of Marketing and Project Team if necessary
- Summarize, report and process the cost payment processes of the project, if any.
- Evaluate the final results of the project and the experience gained.Key Accountabilities (2)B. OTHER TASKS

- University or higher
Expertise
- Having professional knowledge in brand development, building media and advertising plans, priority in FMCG industry, MNC companies, multinational advertising companies.
Work Experience
- At least 06 years of experience in the field of branding and projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management/leadership.
Foreign Language
- English, TOEIC Level 3 (605 - 780)
