
Sales Manager (Logistics)

- Manage direct customer accounts, ensuring regular engagement via phone.
- Generate leads to support both telesales and field sales teams.
- Maintain a professional brand image by overseeing retail express centres and implementing targeted retail partner programs when applicable.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Execute regional direct sales strategies and policies at the country level.
- Take on projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
- Support all sales channels in winning new business through effective lead generation and qualification management.
- Carry out tasks and projects assigned by the Country Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, creative agencies, external lead-generation partners, and database providers.
- Oversee the execution of outsourced initiatives for the channel, such as telemarketing campaigns or direct mail projects.
- Collaborate effectively with other national sales managers.
- 8 years experience in international express, freight & forwarder, logistics
- 3 years experience in a similar capacity and preferably in a mid-size organisation of a related industry
- Experience in building and developing a sales team
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- English: Fluent (written and spoken)
- Numerical, Analytical, Presentation, and Problem solving skills
- Growth and Continuous Improvement mindset
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and latest tools as required etc.)
