- Collaborate with all teams across Vietnam operations.
- Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners in Vietnam.
- Provide professional knowledge and market insights to team members.
- Guide staff in problem-solving related to sales and customer handling.
- Support training initiatives and share experience with new employees.
- Develop monthly sales plans for assigned products based on targets.
- Identify, approach, and assess customer needs.
- Present, consult, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare contracts and appendices.
- Send and collect signed contracts and appendices from customers.
- Track and update customers on incoming goods and delivery status.
- Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely and full debt collection.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Monitor product usage and provide technical advice and after-sales support.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and purchasing power.
- Propose and implement sales strategies aligned with market changes.
- Expand market reach and develop new customer leads.
- Collaborate with the QC team on product quality issues when required.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by gathering evidence, preparing reports, consulting relevant teams and managers, and negotiating with clients.
- Prepare assigned reports, including regular sales performance reports and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to set annual goals and action plans for team members.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, supervise, and evaluate team performance.
- Train and develop team members in sales techniques and company-aligned working methods.
- Advise and support team members in resolving work-related issues.
- Develop and refine relevant sales processes and working manuals.
- Join sales staff in executing key sales activities and maintaining strategic relationships, especially with key accounts and long-term partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to propose and implement improvements for better performance.
- College degree or higher.
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the wood industry: Timber/ Veneer
- Strong understanding of the wood industry, regional culture, and negotiation principles.
- Solid grasp of sales strategies and the ability to analyze market trends and updates.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); fluency in two or more languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to verify and interpret data.
- Capable of addressing and resolving sales-related issues effectively.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, even under pressure.
- Honest, detail-oriented, decisive, and highly responsible.
