1. Campaign Growth & Planning
- Lead the development and execution of quarterly, monthly and campaign-based eCommerce growth plans across all online platforms combining livestreaming, affiliate, and media.
- Liaise with Marketing & eCommerce Commercial team to define clear campaign objectives, KPIs, growth targets, and budget allocation across livestream, affiliate, and media channels.
- Build integrated campaign frameworks to ensure alignment between content, traffic, and conversion strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize full-funnel performance (awareness → consideration → conversion).2. Livestreaming Growth
- Develop scalable livestreaming strategies (daily live, mega campaigns, KOL-led livestreams).
- Own end-to-end livestream performance including content direction, format development, and execution.
- Manage livestream P&L (GMV, margin, talent cost, production, media support).
- Monitor and optimize key metrics: GMV, CTR, CR, AOV, watch time, cost per order, ROI.
- Lead talent ecosystem: hosts, KOLs, KOCs, and MCNs.
- Ensure strong control over content quality, scripting, and visual consistency aligned with brand positioning.3. Affiliate & Creator Partnership Growth
- Build and execute affiliate strategy aligned with campaign objectives and sales targets.
- Design commission structures, incentive schemes, and growth programs to maximize affiliate contribution.
- Expand and manage affiliate ecosystem across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Website)
- Establish strong relationships with key creators, KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate networks.
- Track and optimize affiliate performance (GMV, ROI, CR, AOV, content quality & scalability).4. Media & Traffic Strategy
- Oversee paid media performance across onsite and offsite channels within campaign context.
- Collaborate with agencies and platform teams to optimize media efficiency and scaling.
- Define and track key media KPIs: reach, click, engagement, conversion, ROAS.
- Integrate media performance into overall campaign effectiveness and attribution model.
- Explore and test new media channels, formats, and growth tactics to drive incremental traffic and conversion.5. Cross-functional Integration & Analytics
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, and eCommerce Commercial teams to ensure consistency in campaign messaging and execution.
- Coordinate with agencies, platforms, and external partners to deliver seamless campaign rollout.
- Lead reporting and post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify key insights.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven learnings to improve future campaign outcomes.Background requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related.
  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Livestreaming management (Brand Self Live & Affiliate Live)
  • Strong in VM & CRM optimization. Media Stategy is a plus.
  • Background in beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms.
  • Good communication skills.
