- Position Summary:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth across all market segments.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales team. Set performance goals, monitor results, and conduct regular coaching to foster high productivity.
- Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts in line with revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers to drive repeat business.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecast, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and support of promotional initiatives.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for senior management review.
- Event Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM and sales management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, strong communications with headquarter and other Rixos properties.
